You can pay via b.energy’s My b.account which brings all of your account, billing and energy usage data into one easy-to-use online platform.

You can pay online by clicking the button below.
You will need your Credit / Debit card, and your payment reference number. You can find your payment reference on your benergy bill.

Direct Deposit
Payments may be made electronically via internet banking. You will find the BSB and Bank Account details at the bottom of your b.energy Bill.
Please ensure you use the mentioned Reference Number while making the deposit.
Cheque Payments
You can send in your cheque payments addressed to "b.energy" via post. Our Postal Address is PO Box 429, South Melbourne, VIC 3205.
BPay
You can pay your benergy bill using the BPAY facility provided by your bank or financial institution. Payment can be made from cheque, savings, debit or transaction accounts. b.energy’s BPay Biller Code is 244863. Further information is available at:

Direct Debit
Automatic Payment or Direct Debit is an easy way to ensure your bills are paid on time without any hassle of needing to remember each month.
The amount of the bill will be deducted from your nominated Credit Card Details at least 7 days prior to the due date on the bill and will be in line with our Direct Debit Terms and Conditions available on our website.
