We signed up for the Embedded Network with Benergy over 12 months ago and just checked 12 months bills against the prior 12 from our previous supplier. The lower price per kw, coupled with prompt payment discount has given us 20% saving over the previous supplier. They were good to deal with at time of set up and always promptly reply to queries, no endless on hold queueing or offshore call centres. All over an excellent experience

I am a resident and committee member of a very large 160 apartment complex in the city of Adelaide. We were very unhappy with our long term standing with one of the well known electricity retailers. Our committee decided to give Benergy a go! This involved a complete change of the infrastructure and smart meters were installed. It was a very long process due to SAPN making life difficult for all involved. I must say that Benergy guided us through the whole process with a diligent and friendly approach. The new system is now in place and Benergy covered all the costs of the changeover. Our apartment block in Port Melbourne moved over to Benergy last year and all I can say is WOW! Our costs have almost halved since we left Origin, never looking back. There is a fair bit of work getting everything done ie installation of smart metres, but we didnt have to pay for it just wait a bit. The wait is worth it, for an apartment of two bedrooms with aircon, dishwashed, washer/dryer, phones, laptops, tvs, fridge/freezer and oven and downlights in all rooms our bills are always around $80 per month, bargain!
